Again, it has been awhile...
I have finished up my finals and am pleased (pleasantly surprised) with the outcomes. I started my adult externship in Marion on Wednesday. I am getting a taste of the real world - working 8-5 - and I think it will take awhile to get used to. I don't think I would particularly enjoy this schedule every day all year long. I am however, enjoying the work as I get a mix of children and adults in a variety of settings: clinic, hospital, nursing home, and home health visits.
In between all else that is going on, Nick and I have been working on our house. We are a little over half finished painting and hopefully will be completely finished painting after this weekend. It's lots of fun. I look forward putting up before and after pictures soon!
