The Full House house

We took a big family vacation to San Francisco, California to visit my mom's sister Lee and her husband Bill. While we were out there we celebrated grandpa's big birthday (80th!)
In attendence:

  • Aunt Katie
  • Erin
  • Ben
  • Aunt Laurie
  • Kirstin
  • Dad
  • Mom
  • Me
  • Sister
  • Grandpa (John)
  • Aunt Joan
  • Aunt Lee
  • Uncle Bill

While in San Francisco we visited treasure island, the Full House house, Fisherman's Warf, Alcatraz, Stella's pastries for canolies, and the cable car turntable. We also took a trip to wine country in Napa Valley where we gazed at all of the beautiful wineries, toured Sterling's winery, and tasted fine wine. Later in the week we went to aunt Lee's 2nd house on a golf course near Patterson, California. We were all surprised at the location as it was such a luxurious oasis in the middle of extremely dry, barren land. Lee rented a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a pool and hot tub where we all stayed. Lastly, before we left my mom, dad, sister and I drove to Santa Cruz to eat out on the boardwalk, stick our feet in the freezing cold water, and then drove Route 1 up the coastline of the Pacific. The only thing that did not go as planned was the 4 hour delay as the airconditioner was fixed on our plane while we were in Houston, Texas, but we made it safely home to Columbus late on Independence Day eve.
